ISO 9001:2008 Compliancy
ISO (International Organization for Standardization) 9001:2008 addresses "Quality Management". According to the ISO website, ISO 9001:2008 requires Dynamic Reproducer to fulfill:
- the customer's quality requirements, and
- applicable regulatory requirements, while aiming to
- enhance customer satisfaction, and
- achieve continual improvement of its performance in pursuit of these objectives.

ISO 9001 provides for a number of quality management and quality control requirements which a company needs to complete to achieve customer satisfaction though consistent products and services which meets customer expectations. This process is followed by every employee and has measurable objectives to work towards.
As part of the process, Dynamic Reproducer will regularly review performance through internal audits and meetings and determine if the quality process is working and where improvements can be made. In addition, Dynamic Reproducer will document all procedures for dealing with actual and potential nonconformance's (problems involving suppliers or customers, or internal problems).
Dynamic Reproducer achieved ISO 9001:2008 certification in April 2010.
